AccessRecord

Accessibility conformance records that stay true.

Most ACRs and VPATs are a PDF someone emailed two releases ago. AccessRecord keeps the record tied to the version it actually describes, publishes it at a stable link you can hand to procurement, and tells you when a release has moved past it.

Published records

None are published on this deployment yet.

When a publisher issues a conformance record and marks it public, it appears here and at a stable link they can send to procurement.

What it does

Four things, and it does them without a consultant.

01

Records against a real standard

ITI VPAT 2.5 with WCAG 2.1 or 2.2, criterion by criterion — conformance level plus the remarks that make it defensible.

02

Pinned to a product version

A record names the version it was evaluated against. When the product ships past it, the record says so rather than quietly staying wrong.

03

A public page anyone can open

No sign-in, no JavaScript, no PDF to re-download. A stable URL, a SHA-256 fingerprint so a saved copy can be proven identical, and a print view.

04

A history, not a file

Every revision is kept. Superseded records stay reachable and are labelled as historical, so an old link in a contract does not silently rot.

The part that usually goes wrong

A conformance record is a statement about a specific version of a specific product. It stops being true the moment that product ships something new.

AccessRecord computes that status when the page is requested, from the record and the product's current version. It is not a field somebody has to remember to update.

Who it is for

Teams that get asked for an ACR and do not have a compliance department.

Pricing

A single subscription rather than a tier ladder, because keeping a record true to the release it describes is not something you should be able to half-buy.

$149per month

Everything, on one plan: unlimited products and records, no per-seat charge, no setup fee, cancel any time. Billing runs through Lemon Squeezy, who take the payment and act as merchant of record.
